What kind of brush/brush setting do you use? The brush in the video looks hard and scratchy in a nice way.

its a default brush in SAI, with flat tip selected. Experiment with the blending percentage to get what you like

Yeh,and im thinking about making one,of a teen ager with a powerfull imagination,stuff in his head starts to come to life out of nothing and......... use ur imagination for the rest lol,but yeah.
